In his Key note session, Prof Eddie Obeng will use examples and case stories to demonstrate how you as a leader can use agility and effective leadership to deliver perfect projects.  He will explain how to make a step change to project management by focussing on people and adapting your approach to match the type of change you face.  He will then describe one of the biggest challenges he was posed by a client that led to him developing the ZERO approach for guaranteeing perfect projects.  Finally, he will describe the up coming challenge for us all of learning how to deliver transformation.   The session will be interactive and practical and participants will have fun whilst they learn.
